It is ten years since the National Neurorehabilitation Strategy was published in 2011. A three year implementation framework for the Strategy, finally published in 2019, comes to an end this December with no progress on its promise to deliver a network of nine community neurorehabilitation teams as well as inpatient beds and long term services in the community.
