9.5.2019 NAI call for investment in neurology services at Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health

In a presentation to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health on May 8th, the NAI called for investment in neurology services, highlighting a number of key initiatives to target waiting lists, provide specialist care and improve outcomes in the community. 

NAI Executive Director Mags Rogers noted the growing waiting lists for neurology services and outlined the potential to better manage chronic neurological conditions, including MS, migraine and motor neurone disease, through initiatives developed by the Neurology Clinical Programme.
