NAI 2026 Membership Survey Results

Last Updated:

As an umbrella organisation, the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) brings together almost 40 non-profit organisations. Together, we advocate for the more than 860,000 people across Ireland living with a neurological condition, working to ensure their voices are heard.

Our recent membership survey reflects the strength of our collective work. 82% of members rated NAI as a very effective advocacy organisation, while 88% said they are very proud of their membership with the NAI. These findings are an encouraging endorsement of what our member organisations can achieve by working together.

The survey results strengthen our resolve to keep advocating for better neurological services across Ireland. Our priorities include more specialist nurses and neurologists, improved access to services nationwide, and local neurorehabilitation teams. We will continue to work with our members to bring these needs to the attention of decision makers and to ensure the voices of people living with neurological conditions remain central to the conversation.

Every member brings its own experience and perspective to the Neurological Alliance of Ireland. Together, those perspectives help us make the case for services that respond to the needs of people living with neurological conditions, wherever they live in Ireland. We are grateful to our members for their continued support, engagement and for the hard work they do in within their own organisations.
