In 2024, the Neurological Alliance of Ireland partnered with Neurological Alliances in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the My Neuro Survey project.
My Neuro Survey is the largest pan neurological survey project in the UK and Republic of Ireland and ran from July 22nd to November 15th 2024. Three individual surveys focused on the experiences of adults, family carers and children with a neurological condition.
In June 2025, to coincide with the launch of our Pre Budget Submission 2026 NAI published a subset of findings from the adult survey, focusing on access to and waiting times for key neurological care services. The survey findings highlight the need for the Government to take action now on neurological care services nationwide.
